This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information provided through the Connections app (the "App"), including how we handle data input by administrators and accessed by technicians. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect personally identifiable information only if specifically and knowingly provided by you. This Privacy Policy statement explains what information we gather, how we gather it and how we use it.
- Contact Information: When you use the Connections App, administrators may input and manage contacts into the website, and technicians can access these contacts on their mobile devices. The contact data may include personal information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant contact details.
- iPhone Contacts Access: The Connections App may request permission to access the Contacts app on your iPhone. If you grant this permission, the App can retrieve contact information from your iPhone's Contacts app for use in the App. We only use this data to facilitate the features of the App and will not use it for any other purpose.
- Device Information: We may collect device-specific information, such as the type of device, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and other technical data to help us improve the App's performance and functionality.
- Usage Data: We may collect data about how the App is accessed and used. This includes log data such as your device’s IP address, crash reports, and the pages you interact with within the App. This information helps us monitor and improve the App’s services.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Enable administrators to input and manage contact details.
- Allow technicians to access and view contacts on their mobile devices.
- Improve the App’s functionality and user experience.
- Respond to support requests and customer inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations, if required.
We do not use your contact information for advertising or marketing purposes, nor do we share it with third parties for such purposes.
